Commercial Landscape Architecture, Site and Master Planning

Larsen Design Associates provides personal service to clients who require that their job is properly managed, completed both on time and under budget.

Our work typically includes complete landscape services: design, coordinating with other consultants and review agencies, construction documentation, specifications and construction observation to ensure a properly constructed project.

The photo to the right shows the Landscape Master Plan of Laurita Vineyards.

Located in Southern New Jersey, Laurita Vineyard is the combination of a nature resort, a working horse farm and a first quality vineyard. All of these activities will be available to the visitor.

Guests may stay at the Dancer Farm Bed and Breakfast, enjoy viewing the horse farm activities and wander the vineyard and natural areas. These include the main pond which is surrounded by native plantings. The Vineyard is producing fine wines and it's permanent winery will begin construction soon. To learn
